Don’t waste your money here.If I could give this place half a star I would. I ordered Singapore mi fun noodles which was so spicy that I actually couldn’t eat it, then my partner opened his container of satay king prawns and there was hardly anything in it so there wasn’t much to mix with his steamed rice. Try telling the old lady at the counter and she starts yelling and being rude. Never again and seriously to anyone thinking of going, DONT BOTHER.

Their opening times aren’t correct on three occasions in different days I’ve gone to order food assuming their opening since it’s their opening tiem and they’re not. It’s disappointing

They have $11 lunch specials. Generous portions and very tasty. The beef horfun was quite good and filling. The full list is on an A frame out front.

Hammond Park
Excellent park for the kids to play in. The peacocks all roam free. The bird enclosures are of great interest with a wide variety of native and non-native birds. The playground is a good size too that will entertain the kids for hours. There is a cafe, covered barbeque areas and plenty of seating to watch the kids play. Parking is generous and right at the front gate to the park. This is definitely a must if you have young children.

Fun maze challenge. Clean. Friendly staff. Puzzles to play on tables very entertaining. Decent coffee. Lots of board games and puzzles for sale, great selection, though a little pricey for some.

Hammond Park
This was a great oasis in the city. Plenty of space for everyone with picnic shelters for parties, open spaces for playing games, animals & birds to look at plus its own miniature Bavarian castle. It even has a lovely cafe called Plum cafe with great wedges and sausage rolls. I would highly recommend it.

Gazebo & BBQ
Public BBQ and drinking fountain near a Gazebo at the Amphitheatre and concert stage in Donnybrook. This is a neat area to relax with a car park and public rest rooms close by. In summer evenings especially this is a very popular spot. There are plenty of back packers in Donnybrook and it comes in very handy for them too.
